Grillz Process

• Book an appointment for your dental impression to be taken for your Classic Grillz or Custom Design Grillz.
• Full payment will be collected upfront at the appointment. Payment is accepted by Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, or cash.
• Once your personalized piece is finished, you will be contacted for an in-person fitting and pick-up. Wait time is 2-3 weeks.

Grillz Policies

• To reschedule an appointment, please email or DM 24 hours before your appointment time.
• The deposit used to set the appointment is non-refundable.
• Refunds are not accepted because all Grillz are custom to each person's mouth.

 

Teeth Whitening Policies

• Booking- To confirm your in-office appointment, we kindly request a $35 (per-person) non-refundable and non-transferable deposit. 
• Before Your Appointment-  Having your teeth flossed and brushed, and ensuring they are free from any remnants of food or beverages, is a mandatory requirement.
• Please notify us of any cancellations at least 24 hours before your appointment. Please note that deposits cannot be refunded or transferred.
